Those who have followed our progress since 2020 have seen Kikundi support Program Managers across the continent engage in peer learning, professional development, networking, and community-building opportunities to solve common implementation challenges, establishing itself as a living venue for collaboration and learning. Kikundi amplifies the voices of Program Managers increasing advocacy and visibility, positively influencing Program Managers’ professional identities and NTD programs at large. As a result, during this first phase of Kikundi the community has become an established name, recognized across NTD and public health spaces.

Now, Kikundi is moving into a second phase, one that expands our impact within and outside of the community. This report presents progress over the past year as well as from the first three years since the establishment of the Community of Practice and highlights next steps as we move towards long-term integration and sustainability.
